For optimization of  production, it is likely necessary to check different objects during production process. For this “high speed” application, laser based sensorsystems with high optical power laser are needed, in order to receive precise inspection result without slowing down the production speed.
For integration in fast sensor systems, Pegasus manufactures solidstate and diodelaser with power up to 800 mW and direct modulation DC – 10 kHz. Different wavelengths in the blue, green, red, and infrared range between 405 and 1064nm are available to measure dark, bright and also “problematic” metallic surfaces.
