Main item for alignment and positioning applications ist he good visibility of the laserline. For indoor applications with linelengths up to 5 m, PEGASUS proposes a wide variety of cost effective red diode modules.
For dark, strong absorbing or metallic surfaces in bright environments, standard red lines are often not usable, because the contrast is too low. For these applications usually green laser lines are used, as the human eye is factor of 5 for sensitive to green light compared to red light with same power.
Using our high power green linelaser with optical power up to 800 mW, linelengths > 50 m under “daylight” conditions is no problem.
