Pegasus Lasersysteme provides a broad range of penta prism, made of N-BK7 (grade A) and UV Fused Silica.

Specifications Description Applications

The reflective surfaces are provided with either an cost efficient metallic coating or a dielectric HR coating. The rear surfaces can be painted to avoid scattered light.

  • Substrate materials: N-BK7 (grade A), UV-quartz
  • Spectral range 350 – 1550 nm
  • Surface quality: 60-40 scratch-dig (40-20 on request)
  • Flatness: lambda/4@632.8 nm (lambda/10 on request)
  • Angle deviation: 90° +/- 20″ (+/- 2″ on request)

In penta prisms, the incident light beam is deflected 90° by 2 reflections without reverting or inverting the image.
